| You can send payment using our online cart, which accepts any major credit cards and U.S. domestic money order. |

| If I want some items that are not listed on your website, can AsiaTees Hobbies order them for me? |
| Absolutely. Just tell us what you are looking for. We will tell you how long it will take to get the parts and the price for each of them. Sometimes we can get the parts for you within two working days. Send us an email to inquire! |

| I placed an order and already sent payment, but would like to cancel my order, are there any charges? |
| Yes, a restocking fee will be assessed. Please refer to our Privary and Terms page. Once your order is shipped out the order cannot be cancelled. If you made a mistake with your purchase email us right away. |

| I've paid for my items. How long should I expect the package to arrive? |
We ship the products out within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
It takes about 7-13 days via standard airmail and about 2-4 days via SpeedPost. |

| Are there any warranties for the items I bought? |
| Yes, we provide 100% customer satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there are any manufacture defects send it back to us and we will replace it for you. However if the part is damaged due to excessive use we are not responsible for replacing the part. |
