We took the KRAIT™ Sandstorm Beadlock Wheels and checked them out. This 1.9 beadlock wheel comes in 3 parts and is perfect for your crawler! The first thing I noticed is their style! MAN, they look awesome. With the screw count and the gold anodized color, these babies stand out. Don't worry about installation though. It uses 5 hex screws in the back to dismantle, so you don't have to take every single screw from the front ring off! Bonus points! Second surprise, the weight! They are so light that we decided to compare them with the Boom Racing HM Beadlock Wheels, and the verdict is less than the half of the weight! Around 65 grams per wheel! Then, once installed on the Defender, we needed to try them, as the weather was sunny! Perfect for a session video!

The wheels looks very nice, and they come in Gold or Gun Metal for now. Their weight is perfect if you want to run fast in the rocks, or if you are searching for performance and security in competitions. Their lightweight nature provides less rotating mass that can possibly harm your shafts. They also come with a nice Padlock design that allows you to lock in the widener into the hub, providing a very sturdy and rigid installation.
