[VIDEO] King Kong RC 1/12 CA10 Tractor Truck First Run
We made it into a construction truck working in a quarry and put lots of rocks in it. We think it looks fantastic! How would YOU build this truck? Possibilities seem endless!
This old school tractor truck use massive leaf springs and has a hard body cab, full interior and a functional wood bed with metal hinges. To mimic the 1:1 truck this version is made into RWD. Now mind you, it isn't your typical crawler, it is a light trail truck and it drives more like a 1/14 semi truck.
The construction of the truck and the parts used is similar to a typical crawler. You can certainly take this truck and modify it, custom build it and make it crawl bigger obstacles.
We used a Team Raffee 55T motor and Hobbywing 1060 ESC to power the truck.
