Hobbywing is a well-known manufacturer of R/C ESC and motors. They have a very clear product code/numbers for what each item is. So if we have a look at the Quicrun 10BL60 ESC (BL) means it is a brushless ESC and capable of 60A. If it was waterproof, it would have been called WP10BL60.
It is possible to waterproof your ESC if it’s not already. Just remember doing this will void your warranty! Here are the things you will need to do this Liquid Conformal Coating and Plasti-Dip or Liquid Tape.
