The part: #GT/TL1003 is the blanket style heaters which can be used by connecting the input alligator clips to 7.2v-14.0v battery or DC power supply. Put the thermo sensor close to the battery heater hot wire; make sure the sensor will not be pulled off. Tie up the sensor wire and the battery heater wire with the nylon strap. Cover the battery with the battery heater and adjust the temperature with the rotary knob. The temperature output range is within 30-80 degree Celsius. It weight only 80g, very handy if you want to carry it outdoors!
