KrawlZoneRC: Killerbody Warrior 1/10 Body

At first glance, I would blame you if you called it a Willy's but, upon closer inspection, the grill is turned sideways. Here's a little history on what this is supposed to be of:

In 1951, Ford Motor Company was awarded the contract to design a 1/4 ton 4×4 truck to replace the M38 and M38A1 model jeeps. The M151 MUTT was developed to specifications and guidance of the U.S. Army's Ordnance Tank Automotive Command. Design started in 1951 and testing and prototyping lasted through most of the fifties. Although the M151 was developed and initially produced by Ford, production contracts for the M151A2 were later also awarded to Kaiser and AM General Corp, a subsidiary of AMC.

The MUTT is lesser known than the Willy's Jeep but was still used during the Vietnam and Korean conflict and I feel it needed to be showcased as a great option for a trail truck body.

Once you pull this body out of the box, you'll notice how large it is compared to the regular SCX10 sized bodies. It appears to be closer to 1/8th scale which really makes it stand out in a crowd! The proportions feel just right and when matched up with a larger sized 1.9 tire, it really looks mean and ready to tackle any terrain.

On the inside, the details really shine! It has everything from a huge steering wheel, and a long gear shift lever to original looking gauges and heating controls. The floor mats look great and even the seats have canvas wrinkles in them!

If you notice in the pics, the windscreen is screwed on in 2 separate locations, one in the roll cage and one in the body which means you can take the cage off!

I added a little Casey Currie CRC flair to it to give it that fresh quality build. It also has scaled down version of Icon Shocks and Boom Racing suspension upgrades from AsiaTees Hobbies.
