Using your store credits |

Your balance is listed on the My Account Page in the Store Credit section. If your account has store credits, it will appear on the cart page when you checkout. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase or once an item has been returned to the warehouse, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. |

Saving shipping and billing details...COVID-19 Update
- Airmail and Speedpost (EMS) services to some countries are delayed and/or suspended. For the countries that are receiving airmail and Speedpost packages, expect some delays based on local conditions.
- We recommend using FedEx and DHL for your orders. Both courier companies are still delivering packages safely and quickly worldwide. We believe they are the most reliable handlers of your packages during COVID-19.
- ATees is absorbing part of the FedEx and DHL shipping cost during COVID-19. You will see lower overall shipping rates.
- FedEx is offering only International Priority service during COVID-19 to most destinations.
- ATees is continuing to ship out packages without delay; we are working 6 days a week to ship all packages out safely and quickly.
- For countries affected by the temporary suspension of airmail services, you will get lower express courier rates (FedEx/DHL/Aramex) instead of free shipping.
Some of the items can only ship to the USA. Use another address or remove out-of-stock items to proceed.
