Awesomatix A800 and A800A Electric 1/10 Touring Cars

With a new, patented suspension system that allows the dampers to be mounted lower on the chassis, eliminating the need for the traditional shock tower assembly, Awesomatix have been able to keep CG low as well as keep the damper system fully adjustable without disassembly. Also notable is a revamped drive train combining the benefits of shaft and belt drive systems, without the 'torque steer' typically associated with shaft drive RC cars.

The aluminum version of the same (A800a) features a 2mm alum chassis machined especially for optimised flex characteristics. The aluminum is crafted in a unique convex shape, improving longitudinal stiffness while allowing for latitude flex.

Both kits are near-identical, with the CF car being best suited for low to medium grip conditions and the alloy kit being suited for medium to high-bite surfaces respectively.
