This is a one-of-a-kind Boom Racing Land Rover Series III 88, offered as a complete, lightly used build with carefully selected upgrades. Originally built as a Scale Garage System demo vehicle, it was created to showcase their aluminum Safari Expedition rack and has since been used only for select events and professional photo shoots.

Condition and Finish

The body and paintwork are in exceptional condition. The finish is deep, matte, and full of character, showing only the lightest signs of careful handling. Any tiny marks are purely surface-level and could be completely refreshed with a light matte clear coat if desired.

The chassis shows honest, appropriate use in areas that naturally see contact on a scale crawler. This adds authenticity and character without compromising structural integrity. A detailed condition video can be provided upon request.

Build Highlights

At the heart of this build is the handcrafted aluminum Safari Expedition rack by Scale Garage System. It defines the character of the truck and transforms it into a true expedition vehicle.

The paintwork was completed using multiple layers of Tamiya paints, with all markings applied by hand using stencils rather than decals. Weathering is subtle, layered, and carefully balanced, creating a lived-in, well-travelled look without ever feeling excessive.

Custom handmade metal light covers by Dariusz Cybula add another level of craftsmanship and scale realism. All accessories shown in the photos are included, such as canisters and expedition gear, completing the story of a vehicle prepared for long journeys into the wild. If a cleaner appearance is preferred, the accessories can be removed and the price adjusted accordingly.

Electronics and Setup

This model is nearly ready to run. You will only need to add your own radio and receiver to bring it to life.

The scale driver figure shown in the photos is not included. If the monkey figure can be located, it will be included in the box at no additional cost.

This is not simply a Land Rover replica. It is a carefully crafted scale vehicle with presence, history, and soul, created for someone who values craftsmanship, storytelling, and the quiet confidence of a well-prepared expedition truck.

Shipping and Handling

Product location: Warsaw, Poland

Shipping is handled by the product owner and not by Boom Racing directly.

Once the buyer purchases the product, available shipping options will be arranged and presented to the buyer.

After the buyer selects the preferred shipping method, Boom Racing will issue a separate payment request for the shipping cost.

All items are packed and shipped with the same care and attention as the build itself. Scale Garage System has extensive experience professionally packing and transporting high-end scale models to ensure safe arrival.

Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping within the European Union is typically around €40. For destinations outside the EU, a detailed quote will be provided based on location and packaging requirements. Shipping payment will be requested after confirmation with the buyer and shipper.

Because the model ships from within the European Union, EU buyers are not subject to customs duties. Buyers outside the EU may be subject to local taxes or import fees depending on destination country regulations. Buyers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority if they have questions prior to purchase.

European Union Buyers

No customs clearance procedures are required. The transaction is straightforward, with no import duties or additional customs handling.

United States and Non-EU Buyers

This item will be shipped as a personal item. While packaging quality, protection, and presentation meet Scale Garage System standards, shipping documentation will list Marcin personally as the sender.
Under current import regulations, buyers outside the EU, including the United States, may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and clearance charges. These costs are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Information

Once payment is made, Boom Racing will notify the builder to calculate the shipping cost.

Once the buyer confirms to Boom Racing that the model has been received in satisfactory condition, the funds will be released to the builder.

Terms and Conditions

All items listed are one-of-a-kind, hand-built projects. Descriptions, images, and condition details are provided by the seller in good faith.

Due to the bespoke nature of these builds, minor variations or cosmetic imperfections may be present and are considered normal.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable taxes, VAT, or import duties. Boom Racing acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction.

Payments are processed through Boom Racing as an escrow-style intermediary. Funds are held until the buyer confirms satisfactory receipt of the item.

Boom Racing is not the builder, owner, or seller of this item unless explicitly stated. The sales contract is formed directly between buyer and seller, and Boom Racing does not take ownership of the item at any stage.
