Serpent has also announced a set of aluminum upgrades for the Cobra EP. The complete conversion set is to reduce weight in the Cobra 1/8 series including Cobra S811E, S811GTE and the S811T-E.
It includes an aluminum servo mount that tighten up and add strength with the servo mount. It was also designed to get rid of the nylon fron holder to reduce extra weight. It also includes a carbon battery tray to replace the stock one to reduce weight.
