I wanted an ESC that was simple, could handle my 18v batteries and provide a lot of tun-ability with stock grade brushed motors. This Holmes unit (BR-XL) is excellent! Holmes customer service has been great as well just be a little patient and they always get back to you. ATees was fast and easy to use on this purchase!
