This brand new, never-run Boom Racing BRX02 Series III 109 Stage One V8 Bespoke Build pays tribute to that iconic vehicle with carefully selected upgrades and exceptional attention to detail. Every component has been chosen to create a model that not only looks authentic but performs as confidently on the trail as the full-size vehicle that inspired it.
Completed in a period-correct two-tone finish featuring a Limestone body, zinc-look painted trim, and a tropical roof, the exterior captures the character of the original Stage One V8. The interior features a wood-effect steering wheel, leather-look painted seats, rear bench seats, giving the vehicle an appearance that closely resembles a full-size restoration.
Powered by a Hobbywing Fusion SE 1200KV brushless motor and paired with a PowerHD Waterproof 25kg high-torque steering servo, the V8 delivers smooth low-speed control, dependable torque, and excellent trail performance right out of the box.
This build features high-clearance leaf spring mounts, a 27/8 overdrive gear set for improved steering and climbing performance, and Rock Monster™ silicone tire inserts for increased traction and more consistent tire support across varied terrain.
The vehicle comes complete with a HotRC 2.4GHz radio system and is fully assembled, painted, and nearly ready to run. Simply add a battery and charger.
