1. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days.

2. Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: We offer Express Speedpost (2-4 business days) delivery. Expedited orders placed before 4:00 PM Hong Kong Time on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

Sorry, expedidated shipping is not available to Italy.

3. Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

4. Q: Will I be taxed when I receive my package?
A: For standard airmail services, we declare all outward parcels as "Gift", with a value of $100 HKD (~$13 USD). Depending on the destination country you may be taxed on this $100 HKD value. If you select the "Gift" option during checkout, your invoice will also not show any prices.

For courier shipping such as Fedex, DHL and TNT, you are subject to any VAT and import taxes incurred. ATees is not responsible to pay for local taxes and your request to cancel an entire order due to VAT or import tax issues will not be accepted.

5. Q: Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
A: If you've just finished placing your order, please email us and we'll update the address before the order ships from our fulfillment center. You may also sign up for An Account with your payment email address, and use the "Hold Order" button to temporarily stop your order. If more than a few hour has passed, chances are good that our magical warehouse elves have already packed and shipped your order! In either case, please email us for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

6. Q: Do I have to sign for my package?
A: Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion. In addition, any order placed for a gift card will require a signature upon delivery.

7. Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
A: Until further notice buyers are responsible for the cost of return. We do not reimburse the shipping cost for returning items.

8. Q: My order hasn't arrived yet, why?
A: During high traffic seasons, holidays or weekends, packages get backed up at the Hong Kong Post Office. This usually causes minor delays of one to four days.

Delays can also occur at destination port of entries. The number of days vary for each country and each situation is different.

While most packages normally arrive within 5 to 10 days, it could take up to 14 to 16 days in some special cases.

You may use the tracking number provided to check with your local post office if any packages are being withheld.

We ship orders out as soon as your entire order is at hand, and 99.95% of our orders arrive at their destination in satisfactory time.

9. Q: My country is not listed on your website. Will you ship to my country?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. During checkout, simply choose "All Other Countries" as your destination. You can also contact us to add your country to our list of countries.

10. Q: Can you ship Lithium Polymer (Lipo) Batteries?
A: If you order Lithium Polymer (Lipo) batteries, the parcel is shipped in a box for safety reasons. Please note that with Lithium Polymer (Lipo) batteries products, most shipments via air will be processed through Fedex.

11. Q: Does ATees handle any custom or VAT import taxes incurred from couriers such as FedEx, DHL or TNT?
A: ATees is not responsible for the custom and VAT import taxes that might be needed for shipping to certain countries. If your country requires these taxes, please ensure that you are aware of these charges first. We can lower the value of the invoice that is declared through the service, but any charges required after we've shipped it is the responsibility of the individual who purchased the order.
