Love the product, slight incompatability with the Axial alloy chubs, bit of an effort to fit them but now OK. Glad to have got them and great price.

Ultra-heavyweight PHAT steel housing for SCX10 and AX10 platforms from Boom Racing. Fits one front or rear axle. Works with all stock Axial parts or their equivalents. Crawling specialized equipment for when weight is the top consideration above all else.
Boom Racing hopups have entered a new age - the age of steel. Heavier than aluminum, PHAT is the definition of weight. Steel axle housings give your crawler a lower CG for keeping those wheels firmly down, getting you maximum traction no matter the surface.
PHAT axles laugh at the puny plastic stock parts. High torque recommended! These axle housings weigh a ridiculous 180g!
Housings are laser-etched with the Boom Racing flag and available in different colors for looks.
